At Blue Tree, Jeremy provides counseling services as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) under clinical supervision. This means his clinical work is supported and reviewed as part of his training experience. Clients will be informed of his role as a Counselor-in-Training, the supervision structure, confidentiality, fees, and what to expect before beginning services.
Jeremy’s approach is grounded in listening well, building trust, understanding each client’s concerns, and helping people take practical next steps toward growth and healing.

Affordable, Reduced-Fee Sessions
To make mental health support more accessible to our community, Blue Tree is offering sessions with Jeremy at a reduced private-pay rate. Sessions with Jeremy are $25 per session and are private pay only, which means they are not billed to insurance. This may be a helpful option for those who are uninsured, have a high deductible, have been waiting to begin counseling, or are looking for a lower-cost way to access support.
About Jeremy Salsberry:
Jeremy is completing his practicum and internship in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Counseling is a second career for Jeremy after many years of dedicated service with the Bettendorf Police Department, including his work as a School Resource Officer. His background has given him meaningful, real-world experience supporting people through stress, crisis, conflict, transition, and difficult life circumstances.
