Who: This workshop is designed for mental health clinicians who are interested in learning about how to make and use mandalas in a clinical setting with clients to support self expression, promote mindfulness and reduce symptoms of anxiety. Applicable to clinicians who work with adults
Objectives:
· Understand the origin and uses of Mandalas in therapeutic practices
· Discover a variety of techniques, tools and materials to use in the creation of a Mandala
· Incorporate mandalas into clinical practice and support mindfulness practices
· Learn how to use Mandala as a tool for self-expression and to reduce anxiety
