Who: This workshop is designed for mental health clinicians who are interested in learning art based interventions for client use to promote self-regulation. Applicable to clinicians who work with kids, teens and adults

Objectives:

· Understand how trauma impacts the brain

· Learn how art making can help with self-regulation

· Learn specific creative art-based tools to use in therapy with clients

· Develop an understanding of art media and materials and their clinical applications
